Mind and Muscle

Boston

During the month of April, our Manager of Community Marketing Cameron Ahouse, brought the Boston Community Mind and Muscle - a group workout event followed by a thoughtful mental health discussion. 

Boston Yoga Instructor, Hydrow Athlete and Rhone Ambassador, Owen Henn, led a 30 minute yoga flow which was followed by a one-hour discussion that dove into the different facets and conversations that fall within the world of mental health. 

The goal of these events are to show men that Rhone is a safe space where they can be as vulnerable and open as they feel comfortable–a space where there's no judgement. Too often men are told that they need to act a certain way or hide their feelings and that stigma needs to change. My hope is that with each event another man in the community realizes that there are other men going through or that have gone through similar situations and they are never in anything alone–that we can all relate to one another on some level and be there to lean on. - Cameron Ahouse, Rhone's Manager of Community Marketing

Earth Day Workout at Hudson Yards

New York City

Rhone and Alala welcome attendees to a Thursday sweat session at Hudson Yards. Rhone ambassador, Jason Markland, put attendees through a challenging 30 minute full-body workout, followed by a 20 minute yoga cool-down led by Alala Ambassador, Mariane Sakay.

Boston Marathon Recovery with Rhone

Newbury Street Store, Boston

In support of the runners at the Boston Marathon, we transformed our Boston store into a wellness and recovery center. To help runners recover faster and shake off aches & pains, we offered 20 minutes in Hyperice Normatec compression boots and/or 15 minute assisted stretches led by coaches from Lymbr to any individual who presents their bib or marathon medal. Additionally, there were beverages provided by NOCCO, Icelandic Water, and Pwr Lift.

TURF Workout at Fashion Island

Rhone welcome the TURF team to a sweat session at our Fashion Island store in Newport Beach, California. Led by a TURF trainer Marcus Bradley, attendees were put through a sweat fully body workout, followed by smoothies provided by Pressed Juicery.
