While yoga is a hobby for Jeremy Miller, it’s anything but a mere pastime. Jeremy began his fitness journey lifting heavy weights. After being injured due to lack of stretching, Jeremy turned to yoga for some relief and connected with the practice immediately. What followed was a passion for being functionally strong and balanced while practicing mindfulness and meditation regularly. Today, Jeremy is a trained yoga instructor and computer engineer, inspiring others to see the importance in taking time to listen to your body and mind for a more wholesome outlook on health and life.
