If you're like us, you may have eaten a little too much tuna salad in college and haven't revisited it in awhile. Now's the time. Thanks to dietician Chris Mohr, we were reminded of an old favorite with a new way to spice it up.

 

Tuna Salad

(Serves 1-2)

 

Ingredients

1 can tuna, drained

1 TBS mayonnaise

1 stalk celery, finely diced

1 cup red grapes, halved

 

Directions:

  1. Open can of tuna, drain and add to a medium bowl.

  2. Add mayonnaise and mix to combine

  3. Add in celery and grapes and serve over salad or as a sandwich.
