It's getting cold outside and outdoor running might be sounding less and less appealing. However, if you're anything like us, when you think of treadmill running, you probably think of hopping on, running a mile, and hopping off to move on to the rest of your workout. Well, we've enlisted marathoner and trainer Zac Marion to change your perspective. We asked Zac to put together a treadmill workout that combines running and strength training. All you need is a treadmill and a kettlebell (and definitely some water). Ready, set, go.

60sec sprint @9RPE (max speed)

30sec kettle bell swings

30sec push-ups

30sec sit-up

30sec goblet squat

5min cool down @4RPE
