Treadmill Workout
2 minute 3.5 mph (warmup)
1 minute 3.0 mph Incline 15
1 minute 5.5 mph Incline 7.5
1 minute 6.5 mph Incline 3.5
1 minute 8-9 mph no incline
Repeat 2-3 times
Post Game/Next Day lift
Deadlift (3 sets of 6)
Super set with skater jumps
Bench Row (3 sets of 6)
Super set with 3-way plank (20 seconds each)
Single leg Hip Thrust off bench (3 sets of 6)
