spicy cajun popcorn
Who doesn't love sitting down on the weekend with a big (or small) bowl of popcorn? Spice things up a bit with Zach Morgan's cajun take on a classic snack. Head to your spice cabinet, turn on the oven, and let's get started.
INGREDIENTS

4 cups popped popcorn

1/4 cup butter

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp onion powder

1-2 tsp cayenne
-
1 tsp dried sage

salt
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 300.

Melt butter and pour into a medium mixing bowl.

Add popcorn to melted butter and toss well.

In a separate bowl mix seasoning together. Slowly add it to the popcorn while mixing so that the popcorn gets evenly coated.

Transfer to a baking dish. (squared or round is fine)

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until popcorn looks mostly dry.

Transfer to a bowl and let cool for at least 5 minutes.
