1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. of broccoli
1 c. of squash
1/3 c. of sliced pear
1. Boil squash until it is softened and slice.
2. Wash and cut broccoli into appropriate sizes. Remove stem and seeds from pear and cut.
3. Insert ingredients in order of milk, broccoli, squash, and pair.
4. Enjoy! Serve with ice, if desired.
