Today’s at-home workout is brought to you by @model_trainers and only requires one set of dumbbells! Utilizing a total of 5 movements, we’ll work through a short full-body circuit. Repeat 5x through with 10-15 reps per exercise for a short, sweet, and simple sweat!
Shoulder Press
Alternating Curls —> Bilateral Curls
Overhead Tricep Extension
Bulgarian Split Squat —> Bulgarian Split Hop
Slow Cross-Body Mountain Climbers
