Warm-up - Complete 2 sets of Warm-up. Rest for 60–90 seconds.

  • I's x10

  • T's x10

  • Y's x10

  • Air Squats x15

  • Squat Walks x10 (each direction)

Take a 60-second rest before starting Round #1.

 

Round #1 - Complete 3 sets of Round #1. Rest for 60–90 seconds between rounds.

  • Bodyweight Squats x10

  • Squat Pulses x10

  • 90-Degree Wall Sit (30 seconds)

  • Split Lunges x10 (each side)

Take a 60-second rest before starting Round #2.

 

Round #2 - Complete 3 sets of Round #2. Rest for 60–90 seconds between rounds.

  • Push-ups x10

  • Bridge Leg Kicks x10 (each leg)

  • Plank Up-Downs x10

  • Bridge Leg Kicks x10 (each leg)

  • Push-up Negatives x8

Take a 60-second rest before starting Round #3.

 

Round #3 - Complete 3 sets of Round #3.

  • Seated Russian Twists x20

  • Leg Circles x8 (both directions)

  • Leg Raises x8

  • V Sit-ups x15

  • V Sit-up Hold (20 seconds)

Rest for 60–90 seconds between rounds.

He is continually striving to become one of the best strength trainers for his style of training. He broke the world record for most Pull-Ups in 60 seconds, made it to the finals 2 times on Ninja Warrior, and has been rock climbing for 12+ years.
