introducing our march pursuit: fitness & performance
“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”– Jim Rohn
For many, movement is medicine. It can be seen as an opportunity to move through emotions and mental blocks to test physical limits and to ensure that the one place you truly call home, your body, is strong, able and ready to take on all of life’s challenges and triumphs.
Whatever fitness and performance looks like for you, whether you’re training for a competition or you’re training for “life,” results come when you have a strategy in place. In order to progress and find growth, it’s crucial to have an understanding of the steps you need to take in order to go from where you are, to where you want to go.

Join us this month as we focus our efforts on the importance of fitness and performance.
Not only will we deliver articles and information to support you along your fitness journey, but we’ll be embarking on a 4 week functional fitness challenge put together by Rhone Community Member and Pat’s Gym owner, Pat Gilles. Each week, the plan will offer three workouts. To make the most of the plan, you'll want to consider having a rest day or easy cardio day between each scheduled workout. Each workout focuses on compound movements and total body exercises. How can you get in on the action?
It's simple. At the end of each week, whether you plan your workouts Monday-Friday or Monday-Sunday, throw up a story on Instagram and use the hashtag #RhoneSweatCheck. That's it! Let's come together in the name of bettering our health and bettering our fitness this month.
