We asked one of our Rhone Captain's, Nino Dimaggio, to put together a full body workout. This workout uses nothing but a chair, so head to your kitchen, grab and chair, and clear some space. 

 

40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest 

Complete 4 rounds of the below exercises:

1) Mountain Climbers 

2) Dips

3) Explosive Squats

4) Toe Taps

5) Decline Push Ups
