We're all busy and we all are in pursuit of important goals and becoming better each day. We admire that. But this holiday season, we'd like to take a second to pause and amid the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, think about how we can look beyond ourselves and give back. We polled the Rhone team and came up with a list of charities and causes that are near and dear to our hearts. Without further ado, here are 10 ways you can give back through donations this holiday season.

1. My Team Triumph: Like to move? My Team Triumph is for you. It's an athletic ride-along program created for children, teens, adults, and veterans with disabilities who would normally not be able to experience endurance events such as triathlons or road races. Each participant captains a "team of angels" who run, ride, or walk with them throughout their race and ensure they reach the finish line.

2. Autism Speaks: Autism Speaks is dedicated to promoting solutions, across the spectrum and throughout the life span, for the needs of individuals with autism and their families. Want to support the cause? You can find and participate in walks or other endurance races in your area. If a donation is more your speed, you can donate on their website

3. Zero: One in nine American men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in his lifetime and Zero's mission is to bring more awareness and prevention to those suffering from prostate cancer as well as raise funds for research. They pioneered free mobile prostate cancer screening across the nation through our Drive Against Prostate Cancer program, testing more than 130,000 at-risk men and alerting them to potentially life-saving information. You can run/walk or join their endurance events or you can donate on their website

4. The ALS Association: You know the ice bucket challenge but there's still a long way to go. The ALS Association is the only national non-profit organization fighting ALS on every front. The ALS Association is focused on every aspect of ALS: research, care services, public education, and public policy. There are so many ways to participate and donate to cause. You can donate online here and learn more about how to participate in your community here

5. Share Winter Foundation: The Share Winter Foundation is in the business of sharing winter with thousands of youth across the country, working to improve the lives, health, and fitness of youth through winter sports. By sharing winter, youth are introduced to winter sports and allowed access to ongoing winter sports participation. This year, Share Winter will fund over 32,000 youth in programs across the country. To donate to the cause, check out their website here.

6. Parley for the Oceans: Parley for the Oceans addresses major threats towards our oceans, the most important ecosystem of our planet. It is a cause where creators, thinkers, and leaders raise awareness for our oceans and collaborate on projects that can end their destruction. To get involved, you can reach out here. Save the Children: Save the Children believes that children deserve better, which they do. Millions of children in the U.S. and around the world still aren't getting what they deserve. Save the Children works tirelessly to change that, providing greater opportunities for healthy living and schooling to children all over the world. 8. Compton Cowboys: Compton Cowboys was started by 10 childhood friends who wanted to change their community through horseback riding and a farming lifestyle, all the while highlighting the rich history of African-Americans in the old west. They are working towards creating safer communities and provide a positive influence for inner-city youth.
